Prof Hutchison presents at the Art and Medicine Exhibition – 13th January 2006

Professor Hutchison presents the Saving Faces Art Project at the Art and Medicine Exhibition on the 13th January 2006, organised by the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Department of Preventive and Societal Medicine and the University of Nebraska at Omaha Art Gallery.

The exhibit encompassed two components including the Art Exhibition and a Speaker Series addressing topics raised by the paintings.

Following Prof Iain Hutchison’s talk to pupils at a secondary school about the danger warnings of smoking and mouth cancer, Toby Warmington is desperate to stop smoking.

They should show this talk to the younger children when they are just starting secondary school, so they can be caught before they even start to smoke. – Toby Warmington
