Saving Faces supporter Dame Parveen Kumar wins awards for Outstanding Contribution to Health

Our warmest congratulations to Dame Parveen Kumar DBE who took home a very special award for Outstanding Contribution to Health at The BMJ Awards 2019 on Wednesday 24th April 2019.

The BMJ Awards are the UK’s premier healthcare awards programme recognising the exceptional work done by doctors and their clinical teams within the NHS and private practice. Through her work, Parveen is recognised around the world and is one of the most influential medical professors in the UK. She is best known for the world’s most widely read medical textbooks “Clinical Medicine”, which is now in its ninth edition and has sold millions of copies worldwide.
