Well done to our 2018 marathon runner!

Huge congratulations and well done to our runner Jennifer Logan who took part in the 38th annual London Marathon for Saving Faces.

Jennifer Logan – Post London Marathon 2018

It was officially recorded as the hottest London Marathon race to date peaking at 24 degrees at St James. More than 40,000 participants took part in this year’s race. The atmosphere was electric and spectators were incredibly supportive of all the runners.

Jennifer, who has undergone mandibular surgery herself, crossed the finish line in 6 hours and 38 minutes. We are extremely proud of Jennifer for powering through to the finish line in the heat but also with a sore leg! What an amazing life achievement!

Although the marathon has ended, we are grateful to hear that Jennifer endeavors to continue fundraising for Saving Faces. You can support Jennifer via her donation page below:

Update:

Jennifer raises over £1,170 for Saving Faces.

On behalf of the whole Saving Faces team, a massive well done to Jennifer!
