Dentists need to be prepared as oral cancer rates rise

Cancer mortality rates may be dropping overall, but deaths from oral cancer are predicted to increase over the next few decades.

This week Cancer Research UK released new figures highlighting this worrying trend. It makes early detection and referral by dental practitioners more important than ever.
